We process your data only to handle your enquiry. No selling on, no address trading, no advertising trackers.

2. What we process

• Form data: name, title, email, phone, language and the details you provide about the land, plus uploaded files.
• Server logs: IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type — technically necessary and used to prevent abuse.
• Session cookie: one strictly necessary cookie protecting the forms (CSRF) and remembering your language. No advertising cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Processing serves to answer your enquiry and to take steps towards a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and rests on our legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you consent expressly, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.

4. Recipients

Your data is processed within iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l.. It is passed on only as far as necessary for the transaction — for instance to the instructed notary, architect or surveyor — and always with your knowledge. Hosting: iSolutions servers in Luxembourg. No transfer to third countries takes place.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. Where a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply (up to 10 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@immopromotions.lu.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.

7. External content

Property data and photos are loaded from immosolutions.lu (also iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l.). Map extracts load from Google Maps only after you click; Google’s privacy terms then apply.

8. Security

The site is TLS encrypted. Forms are protected by CSRF token, timing check, arithmetic question and a limit on submissions. Uploaded files are stored outside the public directory and cannot be retrieved through the website.
